Meet Our Founder

Hi, I’m Máire (Mo) Morris, founder and CEO of Morris Global Consulting.

Fashion is in my DNA. I began my career as a designer and product developer before moving into consulting, brand building, and scaling premium and luxury brands across the world. Over the past twenty years, I’ve worked with everyone from emerging talent to established names, helping them find their voice, their market, and their commercial edge.

What I love most is blending creativity with business. My journey has taken me from London to Dubai and everywhere in between, working for and advising clients including Harrods, Harvey Nichols, and Galeries Lafayette. I’m also a passionate advocate for knowledge sharing, regularly speaking at universities, trade shows, and industry panels, from Dubai Design Week and Fashion Revolution, to Premier Vision Paris and the Fashion Institute in Jeddah.

But what really sets MGC apart is the team I’ve built. Over the years, I’ve handpicked experts who are not just leaders in their fields, but share my values of integrity, curiosity, and excellence. Every strategist, designer, sourcing specialist, marketer, and finance advisor reports directly to me, and I remain hands-on at every stage.
